At Health by Hands Chiropractic, we specialize in neurologically focused, specific chiropractic care. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach because every person, every nervous system, and every health journey is unique.
Through advanced technology, detailed analysis, and the Gonstead System, we create individualized care plans designed to support your body's ability to adapt, function, and thrive.
-
Your nervous system is the master control system of your body. It coordinates how you move, adapt, and respond to the world around you.
Neurologically focused chiropractic care looks beyond symptoms and focuses on identifying areas of stress or dysfunction that may be affecting how your body is functioning. Our goal is to support optimal nervous system function through specific chiropractic adjustments.
-
The Gonstead System is one of the most detailed and specific approaches in chiropractic care.
Rather than adjusting based on a general routine, Gonstead chiropractors use a thorough 5 step analysis to identify specific areas that need attention. This allows us to provide precise care that is tailored to each individual.
At Health by Hands Chiropractic, we believe precision matters.
-
At Health by Hands Chiropractic, we believe specific care begins with understanding your body first.
Your first visit is dedicated to learning your health history, evaluating your nervous system, and gathering the information needed to create a personalized plan. We review your examination findings, scans, and X-rays (when clinically necessary) before recommending care.
This allows us to provide a more precise adjustment based on your unique needs.
-
Your first visit is your opportunity to tell your story and for us to understand your health goals.
During this visit, we will:
Review your health history and concerns
Discuss your goals for care
Perform a comprehensive chiropractic examination
Complete inSIGHT™ nervous system scans
Take digital X-rays when clinically necessary
After reviewing your findings, we will prepare a personalized recommendation for your care.

Breastfeeding challenges can be frustrating and overwhelming for both babies and parents. Latching difficulties can have many contributing factors, including oral function, positioning, muscle tension, birth experiences, and differences in each baby's anatomy and development.
At Health by Hands Chiropractic, Dr. Kelly combines her experience as a chiropractor and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to provide a more comprehensive approach for breastfeeding families.
During an evaluation, we look at your baby's overall function, including movement patterns, tension, cranial bones, and nervous system function, while also considering the feeding experience as a whole.
Chiropractic care may help support optimal movement and function, while lactation support can help address feeding technique, positioning, and other breastfeeding concerns. When needed, we also work alongside other trusted providers to help your baby receive the support they need.
Our goal is to help families feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their breastfeeding journey.
-
Every person is different. After your evaluation, we will provide personalized recommendations based on your findings, goals, and health needs.
Our goal is never to guess; we want you to understand your care and feel confident moving forward.
-
Absolutely. Babies and children are not adjusted like adults. Pediatric chiropractic care uses gentle, age-appropriate techniques designed specifically for growing bodies.
At Health by Hands Chiropractic, every child receives individualized care based on their age, development, and unique needs.
-
Yes. Chiropractic care during pregnancy can be safe when provided by a properly trained chiropractor.
Dr. Kelly is Webster Certified and provides gentle, specific prenatal care designed to support the unique changes that occur throughout pregnancy.
Many expecting mothers choose chiropractic care to support labor and delivery goals, mobility, pelvic function, and their body's ability to adapt during this incredible season.
-
Every baby and birth experience is unique. Many families choose to have their baby evaluated after birth to assess movement, spinal function, and overall function.
Because early childhood is such an important time of growth and development, we encourage parents to be proactive in supporting their child's health from the beginning.

At Health by Hands Chiropractic, we believe healthcare should be centered around the patient—not insurance guidelines.
By operating as a private pay practice, we are able to provide specific, neurologically focused chiropractic care without the limitations that often come with insurance-based care. This allows us to spend more time with our patients, utilize advanced technology, and create individualized recommendations based on what your body needs.
Your health is personal, and your care should be too.

PX Certified chiropractic care represents advanced postgraduate training focused on prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractic care. After completing chiropractic school, Dr. Kelly pursued additional education through PX to further develop her skills in caring for growing families, from pregnancy and newborns through childhood and beyond.
The PX approach focuses on understanding the important relationship between the brain, spine, and nervous system and how the nervous system influences the body's ability to adapt, develop, and function.
PX-trained doctors receive advanced education in areas such as pediatric case evaluation, neurologically focused chiropractic care, nervous system assessment, and individualized care planning. This training allows doctors to better understand the unique needs of children and families and provide care that is specific to each individual.
At Health by Hands Chiropractic, PX Certification is one of the ways we continue to elevate our ability to serve families with specialized, gentle, and specific chiropractic care.
Want to learn more about neurologically focused pediatric chiropractic? We encourage families to explore educational resources from PX Docs and listen to The Experience Miracles Podcast with Dr. Tony Ebel to learn more about the role of the nervous system in pediatric health and development.
